On May 29th, 2026 in Cartagena, Colombia, Spencer married his now husband, Zac. As they begin this new chapter of their life together, they wanted to share a last name to represent their union. Instead of taking each other’s last names or hyphenating them together, Zac and Spencer found merging the two bachelor names would blend their family legacies into a single, joint legacy that nods to their past while also looking to a future defined by their union. By taking the first three letters of Spencer’s Camacho and final three letters of Zac’s Baccaro, the married couple are now officially the Zac and Spencer Camaro.
